ID format:

• 00P means permanent.
• Other values follow the pattern: one letter + 2-digit year.
  • H : Winter (Hiver)
  • P : Spring (Printemps)
  • E : Summer (Été)
  • A : Fall (Automne)

Examples: H17, P17, E17, A17, H18.
