Processing: acknowledge order preparation. Only from Waiting status. Irreversible.
Processed: mark order as shipped. The order must be in Processing (or acknowledged earlier in the same request); all orderItems of the order must be listed with their shipped quantities.
Each order is processed independently; per-order errors are returned in the response array (HTTP 200).
