Retrieve custom data groups

https://{instance}.wshop.cloud/api/v1/customdatagroup/get

Returns paginated custom data groups for a (site, lang) tuple. The 'data' field is an OBJECT keyed by group_key, NOT an array. Default page size = 1000, capped at 2000.
